HR Services is working on a contract HR Generalist opportunity in the East Bay. HR Generalist duties:
Performing various HR functions relating to performance reviews, compensation, benefits and 401k administration, Workers Com, FMLA
Coordinated data collection for preparation of annual Affirmative Action Plan.
Maintained other records, reports to conform to EEO regulations.
Responsible for Recruiting, New Hire Orientations, Back Ground Checks, Administration of Pre-employment Drug Screens, Random Drug Testing.
Employee Relations including investigations.
