23188BRReq No.:23188BRJob Description and Qualifications:POSITION SUMMARYThe job holder is responsible to assist for employee training and development, Compensation & Benefit survey participation, recruiting screen and coordination as well as follow-up action for Labor Management Council Meeting in Korea.Another responsibility for this position is to provide HR related Operation support to HR Director of Korea as follows; manage local training track by handling government training subsidy, liaise as training provider for employees with major top business clients, coordinate Global Service Award program for KR and get involved in regional HRM related projects occasionally.And this position is responsible for supporting for HR administration such as policies and programs covering several or all of the following: compensation & benefits, recruiting & training.Maintains and updates personnel administration such as: SAP Horizon as a Korea Power User, HR policies, transfers and terminates in HR shared folderPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Business Partner AgentTraining & Development• Plan, coordinate and direct training and employee development programs• Assist to conduct the performance and training needs analysis and confers with managers to determine training needs• Compiles data and analyses past and current year training requirements to prepare and justify budgets.• Formulate training statistic reports from LSO - regular basis training progress and pre-booking status report.• Special accountability for making sure the mandatory training, which is Sexual Harassment Awareness training, is done for entire employees in Korea annually.• Assist People manager in a timely and constructive manner for employee training and development2. HR Operation AgentCompensation & Benefits, HRIS, Payroll• Administers salary and benefits policies• Manages compensation programs to attract, retain and motivate employees.• Develops and Implements salary structure and administrative guidelines in accordance with the compensation policy• Conducts job analyses and evaluations to determine appropriate salary levels according to compensation guidelines and to ensure that existing schemes/practices are in line with the market and complied to regional policies• Participates in salary surveys with consulting companies• Assists to administer Asia Recognition Awards• Be a representative in between employees and major business clients and support all the requested administrative supports on a regular basis• Provide all administrative support for operating government training subsidy program for employees in Korea.• Coordinate global/Local service award program for KoreaStaffing• Hiring the right individuals with the appropriate characteristics to fit the organization and meet requisitions and operation pan.• Provides and administers a range of personnel services to cater to the appropriate needs and well-being of employees and comply with government regulations.• Conduct Orientation Programs for new employees and administer the exit proceduresEmployee Relation/Labor Management Council• Coordinate the LMC schedule and summarize the meeting minutes and follow up actions plan before/after the meeting.• Make sure to make and have the internal standard operation procedures to be in lined with SOX guideline and external audit guideline.JOB REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor degree holder or equivalent• Over 712 years relevant working experience in multinational companies• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Fluent English skills in both written and spoken.• Good teamwork• HR SAP/Kenexa System User Preferred• Public Labor Attorney Certified PreferredJob Title:HR Generalist/BusinessEmployment Type:Asia - Regular Employment Status:Full TimeLocation:AS-KR-SeoulCountry:KoreaRegion:AsiaOrganization:CorporateBusiness Sector / Division:Human Resources
