- Work as the HR Generalist role to support overall business under CSTC. HR functional support includes Compensation and Benefit, Learning and Development, programs deployment, organization effectiveness, talents pipeline and management, employee wellness and all other aspects of HR generalist activities.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
In line with global/regional/country direction, implement and coordinate all HR policies and programs across covered business. Drive the deployment of HR processes and tools.
Support and coach business managers in the full areas of HR matters. Act as a contact point for employees for enquiry relating to HR issues.
Initiate and follow up with performance appraisal and goal setting
Work with business/region/global on talent review and talent development plan.
Work with various stakeholders closely on year-end compensation planning process.
Update all necessary records & prepare essential reports relating to HR in order maintain daily smooth operation. Utilize HR analytical tools to drive and support business and employment decisions.
Drive employee engagement through employee survey and action planning process
Closely monitor the HR process to ensure compliance with both corporate policies and local regulations.
Liaise with counterparts from other functions or vendors when necessary.
Perform other related duties or projects as assigned.
Bachelor degree or above. Proficient language skill (English).
Good communication skill and sense of urgency
5-8 years HR relevant experience, preferably with 3+ years’ experience as HR team manager.
Familiar with PRC labor laws / practices.
Sense of confidentiality, good team player
