Typical day to day job duties will include:
Drive and facilitate the entire staffing process including – sourcing, screens, interviews, employees to fill vacant positions both regular and temporary throughout the organization
Manage recruiting process to include communication with candidates, reference checks, written offers and follow up rejection letters
Writes recruitment posts for Internet and other recruiting sources.
Recommend additional recruiting sources and develop recruiting strategies
Develop and maintain a perpetual pipeline of candidates and demonstrate ability to assess talent across all disciplines
Work with our applicant tracking system
Manages college relationships and internship program
May provide HR related training
Understands employment related laws
Thorough understanding of corporate polices and can communicate them effectively to all levels of staff
Understands and can communicate employee benefit plans
Understanding SOX compliance
