SCR HR Generalist in St. Cloud, Minnesota

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for human resources support in the design and implementation of HR programs including onboarding, talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, employee retention, and compliance in support of the company's mission, vision and strategic direction. Job Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with organizational leaders to respond to, as well as anticipate, talent needs and drive organizational recruiting initiatives to develop a successful talent pipeline. Lead the organizational-wide onboarding program. Maintains the company's HRIS system and employee files. Maintains the performance management system Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment. Assist with other functions pertaining to employment, compensation and employee relations Assists in evaluating all HR programs, services, and processes. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Experience: Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects Strong attention to detail and organizational skills High level of confidentiality Ability to exercise a high degree of diplomacy and tact with cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse groups of people Establish and maintain a positive work environment Ability to organize, prioritize and adapt to different communication styles Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments Proficient in Microsoft Suites ie.
