Community Health Systems HR Generalist in Tucson, Arizona
Responsible for the employee relations and full-cycle recruiting functions for an assigned organizational entity. Responsibilities include developing programs and plans for effective facilitation of employee relations and recruiting, including coaching staff and leaders, assurance of regulatory compliance and tactics for effective employee hiring and retention.
Required: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or closely related field.
Required: Five (5) years of professional experience in human resources in a generalist capacity.
Preferred: Healthcare Experience
