We have an opening for Sr. Generalist, Human Resources inour Vilnius office . In this role, you will work as an advisor and partner for functional business leaders to determine the best approaches of leadership and organization development, organization change, succession planning, recruitment, talent development and various HR issues as well as establish and implement employee relations platform to ensure high employee satisfaction and productivity levels.

Provide daily Human Resource guidance,advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers onall functional areas of Human Resources management
Directly address more complex HRissues with the business, employees or Sr. HR Manager
Ensure the uniform and consistentapplication of company policies and drive effective human relationsprograms that support the company’s corporate objectives
Actively participate in thedevelopment of HR practices with other members of HR team (in the country,region, globally)
Perform duties under minimumsupervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices andprocedures
Interpret human resource policies andalign resources and people to meet strategy goals
What you will need tosucceed:
Comprehensiveat least 4 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist experience would be astrong advantage)
A track record of being trustedbusiness partner and being able to deliver high level service and employeeexperience
Ability tounderstand business issues, opportunities and determine appropriate data,metrics, and methods of analysis to use to gain required insights and takethe actions accordingly
Must be able to manage multiple tasks,demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Phycology or Business Management
Excellentspoken and written English
