Job Description

Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action. Recruitment efforts including: University/College relations, extending offers, career fairs, etc.

Coordinates HR administration for client group.

Provide support for employee relations issues, coaching/counseling employees.

Accountable for new employee on-boarding; facilitate new employee orientation. Assist in the employee off-boarding process to include exit interviews, processing paperwork, etc. Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends using SAP, HRIS and ASML dashboards.

Perform quality and compliance audits as needed.

Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Organize and coordinate immigration compliance.

Recruit for internal positions, includes; posting positions, working closely with leaders to screen candidates, and make offers.

Ability to facilitate and educate leaders on HR programs and projects.

Assist HR Manager as needed.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent in education and/or work experience required.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of human resources experience required.

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

Carries out activities within the area of HR&O; to support line-management.

Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration.

Ability to recognize and seek additional information when needed.

Proficiencies in utilizing HRIS systems, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and basic Excel is required.

A sense of urgency and impeccable follow-through skills.

Passion for managing and delivering HR services.
